Who we are

radvantage.io is operated by JP Vantage Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). We run this website, radvantage academy (the training app at app.radvantage.io), and services for health plans, provider groups and other healthcare organizations, including risk adjustment, coding, clinical documentation, quality and value-based care work.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website, www.radvantage.io. radvantage academy has its own Academy Privacy Policy, which applies when you use the app or play a case.

When we provide services to a health plan, provider group or other client, the client's information, including any protected health information, is handled under our written agreement with that client, including a business associate agreement where one is required. This policy does not cover that information.

What this website collects

This website has no forms and no accounts. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on it, and we don't set cookies on it.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as the network address, time, page requested and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Booking a call

Book a call opens Cal.com, a separate scheduling service. What you enter there, such as your name, email and notes, goes to Cal.com and to us, so we can hold the meeting. Cal.com handles it under its own privacy policy. We use it only to arrange the call and follow up on it.

Emailing us

If you write to us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and follow up.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children

This website is for working professionals and organizations. It is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new effective date.
